Darkspace - Dark Space III (2008)

The dark and wide space, was open since the release of Darkspace's demo. Now with even more heavy tracks, that stir the darkness with all the sinister elements. It's my personal favorite of all Darkspace's CDs, and can be found from every ambientist's library! Sometimes pretty landscape brings similiar sounds from Paysage d'Hiver.

Altar of Plagues - Tides (2010)

Altar of Plagues' new EP titled: "Tides" awakes some emotions in your veins.
This Irish band has earned my attention, by it's extreme style of sound-painting.
Consisting only two tracks, this EP runs slow, but the guitars can distort time.
The EP's cover is minimalistic, but it's beautiful in it's own way.
It was clearly made for dark souls, that bond a little rainbow inside their ears.

AES Dana - Aftermath (Archives of Peace)

AES Dana's mini-album, which contains five, strong and deep track.
It is separated from the original album, by having less-tracks, but it doesn't make it bad.
This is a real ambient master-piece.
The Track: Aftermath #05 contains, self-abandoning piano, a brain waltz.
The other tracks, ain't bad either.
AES Dana is truly extraordinary ambient, that sunders itself from the rest of the genre.

Opeth: Blackwater Park (2001)

Blackwater Park is older Opeth's more acoustic and lighter CD, but it doesn't let you down, cause you can hear the surprising guest musician: Steven Wilson in the song 'Bleak'. Thought the ambient is dark and rough.
The name is inspired by 70's hard rock, and sometimes you can clearly hear it.

Alcest: Souvenirs D'un Autre Monde (2007)

I am walking in a other world...
This is the music that you hear when you sleep, this is the music that you hear when you wake up.
This is your soul's music.
I never abandoned this CD, cause it's magical and extreme sound.
Extremely enjoyable.
There isn't just one word to describe it, it's a pearl.
Ambience goes between post-rock and black metal.
...Perfect!

LifeLover: Erotik (2007)

Erotik is 3rd newest CD from Swedish band: LifeLover.
Music itself is really various, cause the sounds are just between haunting piano and heavy metal.
Thought the idea between them is pretty the same.
It's really good album from LifeLover and in my opinion might be second best album, thought it has few songs that'd shine from it, and it shows that in the Charts.

Galeere is masterpiece of Black Metal band: Geïst.
Album itself owns 5 over 7minutes long tracks with heavy and ominous ambient.
Music is like a raging ocean of restless souls mourning to hope that sun could show herself again.

Swallow the Sun: Plague of Butterflies (2008)

Swallow the Sun's Mini Album, that has sounds of mystery and dread. There is not just one word to describe this masterpiece of Death/Doom metal.
All tracks are made with care.
Plague of Butterflies is combination of dark beauty and northern ambient.
